About Us

Our owner, Matthew Hooks, has been in the industry for over 33 years. Matt started his own business, here in Central New York, in 2007. He named his new company after his two children: Victor and Vianca. V&V Carpet Care has since been providing top-quality services in cleaning everything from residential houses to manufacturing facilities for over 18 years.

For many years, Matt operated out of his home's garage. As business grew, Matt knew he needed to expand. In February 2023, Matt moved to his current location on Judd Rd. and built a team of skilled employees to work alongside him.

Quality and customer satisfaction have always been the number one priority. We have built our reputation on results and top-notch customer service. Our company prides itself on keeping current with the latest technologies and techniques so that we can reach the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. We are certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration meaning our technicians are some of the most dedicated, educated, and well-trained in the business. We are also a certified member of the Association of Rug Care Specialists. We are the only rug care facility between Albany and Rochester that offers professional cleaning of fine area rugs and fabrics.
